My daffodils have finished flowering and I understand that if I feed them a particular type of plant food it will build up the bulbs for next year – which plant food do I need?

You need a plant food that is high in potash. You can use either J Arthur Bower’s Sulphate of Potash, which comes in granules or you can use a liquid feed – either J Arthur Bower's Tub & Basket Liquid Plant Food or the Tomato Liquid Plant Food will do the trick. Feeding should be carried out over the few weeks between the daffodil flowers fading and the foliage shrivelling. We recommend two applications in this time.
