A vapour-permeable flooring system for historic buildings and barn conversions.

This system of construction does away with hardcore and blinding as the coated expanded clay granules elimate the need for sub-floor aggregates. By using hydraulic lime as the binder for the oversite and the screed, it allows the floor to breathe and meets the insulation standard laid down in the building regulations.
