Animal Feeds
Vermiculite is on the EEC list of permitted additives in animal feeding stuffs 70/524 (binders, anti-caking agents and coagulants) Chaper A, Part IV, Schedule 4 of feeding stuffs regulations 1995 (amended). Silvaperl's finer grades of exfoliated vermiculite are used extensively in animal feedstuffs as a highly absorbent free-flowing soft material. it is an ideal support material for any liquid-based materials and can be easily incorporated into animal feedstuff formulations.
