We currently have two vacancies at our Bolton Fell site, near Carlisle and one at our Lincoln site.

Administrator / Office Manager

Required to join a small team and perform back office functions including the processing of wages, monitoring of attendance records, processing and matching invoices and works orders and data input.  The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to use computer systems and be onmpetent in the use of Microsoft Office.  Working hours may be flexible for suitably qualified applicants.

Stock Manager / Stock Controller

Required to support the production and logistics function monitoring stock levels of raw materials and stock locations of finished products.  Applicants should have a demonstrable ability in using computer systems and in particular Microsoft Office.  Working hours may be flexible for suitably qualified applicants.

Purchasing Manager

The successful candidate will responsible for all commercial buying and procurement activities for the Lincoln and Boothby sites. This will include developing and implementing long-term strategic plans as well as ensuring that the business is getting the best quality, service and trading terms for all products purchased from its suppliers.

With a large and diverse supplier base the candidate will be expected to develop stong and effective trading relationships. Some suppliers are based outside the UK and therefore a degree of oversases travel will be required.

To be successful the candidate will need to deomnstrate a broad range of commercial competencies including strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, planning, organisation, finance, contract preparation and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

The candidate will manage the current purchasing team and manage all aspects of the purchasing department in line with ISO9001. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous purchasing experience. CIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.

The position will be Lincoln based.

Salary will be based on knowledge and previous experience.
