Lawns - August
-
In very hot weather, lawn growth will slow right down and may stop altogether. If there is a long dry spell your lawn may well turn brown. Don’t worry – it will recover as soon as the autumn rains return. It is not worth watering your lawn in an effort to keep it green – it is just a waste of water.

Do not apply any lawn treatment to your lawn in hot dry weather. J Arthur Bower’s Lawn Feed will only work in moist soil. If you put it on in hot dry weather you run the risk of scorching the grass.
