BioVin

Biovin is a highly effective biological organic fertilisier produced from humified grape seeds using a natural patented process without chemical additives and is high in Silicon.

BioVin contains 500 million beneficial bacteria and fungi per gramme, has a uniform and consistent content , is weed-free and is fully tested for pathogens. It activates soil microbial life and improves the efficiency of the root zone by enhancing substrate structure, water-holding capacity, drainage and gas exchange and can be incorporated into growing media of all types.

 About BioVin

BioVin is a by-product of winemaking. A unique and controlled temperature fermentation process results in microbial decomposition of grape marc, with the end product containing highly effective plant growth hormones (auxins), balanced organic plant nutrients and several billion active micro-organisms. Among these are the prominent Streptomycetes and bacteria that can lead to higher pathogen resistance in treated soils.

Compost Incorporation

BioVin can be incorporated into potting composts at a rate of 5 kg/m³. Note: do not use BioVin in trays smaller than 250cc.
