Send a text message to: 80010
Your text mesage should read: wsh (space) followed by the delivery point account number
You will receive one of 6 messages back:

| Despatched at xx:xx on xx/xx/xx | If the order has left us |
| Due for delivery on xx/xx/xx | If the order is ready and a vehicle allocated |
| Order currently being made | If the order is being made |
| With production | If the order has been received but the product is not yet being made |
| Order held, contact 01522 780238 for latest update | If the order is on hold for some reason |
| Production delay, contact 01522 780238 for latest update | If the order is with production but a vehicle number has not been allocated and it is overdue |
